How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Over ninety percent of our orders are delivered within twenty four to forty eighty hours of us receiving an order (excluding weekends). However, orders could take up to five working days depending on area.
Can I arrange delivery of my order at a specific time?
Yes. You may choose any weekday you prefer. Morning delivery (before 12 noon) is £13 and Saturday morning delivery is £25.
What will happen if my order arrives when I’m not in?
The courier company will leave a card through your door. The card will have a consignment number and telephone number on. You can contact them direct to rearrange delivery or collect from them.
Morning Delivery.
You can arrange for a morning delivery for £13.00 although we accept no responsibility if the courier fails to delivery your order on time.
Saturday Delivery.
You can arrange for a Saturday delivery for £25.00.
To protect against fraud goods ordered will only be sent to the card
holder's address.
